A man extending his hand to shake a hand

Hello from the President

All of us from Security State Bank would like to say thank you visiting our website. We appreciate you for choosing Security State Bank for your banking needs, and we are dedicated to providing you with the best customer service.

Meet Security State Bank:

Like Valley State Bank, Security State Bank is a locally operated community bank with branches in Scott City and Leoti. Founded in 1961, Security State Bank serves individuals and small businesses in our region, with deep roots in the agricultural and ranching communities, which remain strong to this day. The leadership and shareholders of Security State Bank have local ties to Western Kansas, ensuring they are genuinely invested in the success of our communities.

Things to know

•    As you travel around western Kansas, you can soon begin using Security State Bank branches in Scott City and Leoti.

•    You’ll have access to enhanced products and services.

•    You can continue using your current checks and debit cards until further notice.

•    You can keep accessing online banking via www.vsb.bank until our operational conversion is complete later this year.
